This page collects personal information only through the contact form. This policy explains who receives it, why, how long it is kept, and how you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number and email address, when you are planning to move to Central Florida, and where you are moving from. The page also records standard technical details that come with any web form submission: the page you submitted from, the date and time, and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad or campaign identifiers in the link (for example utm parameters or a click ID). We do not collect payment details, government IDs or financial information through this page.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your request. The form exists so Eric Freeman can call or email you about buying a home in Central Florida. That is the only reason your contact details are collected.
• To keep a record of your enquiry. Your submission and the notes from your conversation are kept so that you do not have to repeat yourself.
• To measure the page and the ads that lead to it. Submission counts and campaign identifiers are used in aggregate to see which ads and page versions work. This does not identify you to advertisers.

4. Consent to be contacted

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that Freeman Realty Solutions, LLC may contact you about your request by phone call, text message (SMS) and email at the number and address you provided, including by automated dialing or texting technology where used. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, by telling Eric on the phone, or by emailing the address above. The date and time of your consent and the version of this policy are stored with your submission.

5. Who else sees it

Your information is processed on our behalf by service providers who are contractually limited to using it only to provide their service:

• Paradox Media, the marketing agency that built and operates this page and the campaign for Freeman Realty Solutions, LLC.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this page, and Supabase, where form submissions are stored.
• A customer relationship management (CRM) system used to manage enquiries and follow-up, where one is connected.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other real estate agents or lead marketplaces. Your enquiry goes to Eric Freeman only. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect legal rights.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and the period Florida real estate record-keeping rules require. You can ask for deletion at any time (see section 8) and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

7. Cookies and analytics

This page sets a small cookie so that you see the same version of the page if you come back, and it may use standard advertising and analytics tags (for example from Meta) to measure whether the ad you clicked led to a submission. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the form still works without them.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also opt out of further calls, texts or emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

This page is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted here. The version you agreed to is recorded with your submission.
